Step 1

Explain Your Idea to FLEXWAVE

  • Disclose the basic information of your product, including the power consumption level, scenarios when applying the product as well as the appearance. Based on that information, FLEXWAVE can then perform a feasibility assessment for you.
  • In addition, FLEXWAVE can also directly modify and overhaul your existing product.

Step 2

Design and Simulate

Based on FLEXWAVE‘s know-how in terms of optical simulation and material science, and experience in solar power application, FLEXWAVE will come up with a power design structure and cost evaluation. Together with you, FLEXWAVE can build and produce a definitive product which can be used in mass production.

Step 3

Prototyping To Flesh Out Your Idea

FLEXWAVE is also capable of making 3D-printed models. Prototypes will be built in our lab and then verified to achieve actual functions with equal power levels and similar aesthetics.

Step 4

Launch Your Product

Once all your needs have been met and order confirmed, the next step is to deliver the real product. FLEXWAVE will link with highly-experienced OEM partners to build a stable manufacturing procedure for mass production.
